About Me

My name is Roisin Fitzmaurice-Slingerland. I have been a dog grooming professional for the past 16 years. As a left-handed dog groomer, finding high quality affordable professional left-handed scissors has always been a struggle. 

I usually had to work with either right-handed scissors or ambidextrous scissors, resulting in muscle strain and injury. 

This is why I have started LeftHand. I want to offer left-handed dog groomers the same options available as for right-handed dog groomers. 

My scissors have been tried and tested in my own dog grooming studio, and I am confident in the quality and durability. If like me you are a left-handed dog groomer looking for affordable, high quality scissors, you have come to the right place!
